Privacy Policy

Trek Dog only uses your information to communicate with you about your order and with your permission, updates on our products and what we're doing, and for legal reasons such as paying taxes.  Trek Dog does not sell your information to any third parties. 

Return / Exchange Policy

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order. Due to this, all sales are final and we can only exchange defective products for an identical item. Please email us a picture of the defective product and we will ship out a replacement along with a return label to return the defective product as soon as possible.

An exception to this is our non-adjustable collars. We offer a one-time sizing exchange for non-adjustable collars.  You may only exchange the collar for an identical collar in a different size. You may not change collar styles, width, color, or hardware.  The cost of a sizing exchange is 30% of the collar's cost + shipping both ways. 

Cancellations

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order.  Because of this, cancellations must be requested before we start working on your order.  Please contact us immediately if you would like to cancel an order.  We cannot guarantee that an order may be cancelled after 24 hours from when the order is placed.

Warranty

We are proud to make make high quality items for you and your companion.  However, since our products are handmade, mistakes can happen.  Contact us describing the defective product and return it back to us within 90 days of your purchase date and we will ship you a replacement.  Our warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, chewing, or tampering.
